My name is Nadine Sommer, and I know how frustrating it feels when you are trying hard, have already tried so much, and still are not truly moving forward. That is exactly why I do not work with generic plans or more diet pressure, but with an approach that takes your body, your everyday life, and your individual situation into account.
In my work, I combine knowledge of nutrition, hormones, insulin resistance, and metabolism with support that is not only sound in theory, but designed to work in real life as well.
What matters to me is that you do not simply receive more information, but more clarity, more direction, and a path that finally feels more aligned. Personal, realistic, and tailored to you.
